Blair Lee of Lighthouse Realty Services assisted Jason Block of JD Block Services in representing the buyer in the July 2015 purchase of the Marine Max waterfront facility located at 139 Shore Court, North Palm Beach, Florida.
The property was purchased for $2,500,000 for a 26,268 square foot building with the intent of the buyer to operate his boating service business as well as the continued operation of a 55 indoor dry rack marina. The seller was represented by Peter Crane of Franklin Street Services.
